Returns & Exchanges

At Haunt, we want your home to feel like a sanctuary. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Haunt account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit; items must be in new, unassembled condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
